Are your pieces made to order?
Many items in our collection are crafted to order. Antique pieces that do not require resizing will typically ship within 2-3 business days of purchase. For designs by Elizabeth Henry, which may involve resizing or custom production, please allow up to three weeks for fulfillment. Orders are processed and shipped Tuesday through Saturday.
Once your order is prepared for shipping, it will be sent via complimentary USPS Express Mail, requiring a signature upon delivery.

Orders are processed Tuesday-Saturday and will be shipped to you within 2-3 business days for in-stock pieces. Should your piece require resizing or further modification, please allow up to 3 weeks until fulfillment.
We offer complimentary USPS Express Shipping on all orders. We -self-insure all of our packages and require a signature on all pictures. Please make sure you choose an address for delivery where someone is available to sign for it.
If you’d like your shipping expedited, please reach out to us here. Overnight shipping within the U.S via FedEx Standard Overnight is $91, please select this at checkout.

Items may be returned within 10 days of receiving them for a full refund.
After the 10-day window, we offer store credit for returns made within 30 days of purchase. All sales are final after 30 days. All jewelry must be in its original condition and not damaged or altered in any way.
For layaway purchases, if you decide to cancel your layaway plan within 10 days of purchase, any payments made are eligible for a full refund. For plans active over 10 days, store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card.
Due to the specialized nature of custom orders, these purchases are non-refundable. Please ask for clarification if you anticipate any issues.
Do you offer a payment or layaway plan?
Yes we do! To make a purchase on layaway, you may select "Purchase with Partial.ly" at checkout. Our layaway plan allows you up to 6 month's to pay off the balance of your purchase with no interest fees. A down payment of at least 20% is required.
How does layaway through Partial.ly work?
Layaway through Partial.ly lets you pay for your items over time, with no interest. Here’s how it works:
Down Payment: You start with a 20% down payment.
Payment Plan Duration: You have up to 6 months to pay off your Layaway plan.
Payment Method: Payments are automatically processed at intervals determined by you via Partial.ly.
Early Payment: You may pay off your layaway balance early online via Partial.ly.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancel within 10 days of the invoice date for a full refund.
- After 10 days, you’ll get store credit in the form of an e-gift card.
Number of Layaways: No limit, but we kindly ask you to avoid excessive cancellations (layaway bouncing).
When checking out, simply select ‘Pay with Partial.ly’ for flexible payment options.
