What is your return policy?

Items may be returned, within 10 days of receiving the item, for a full refund.  After the 10 day window, we offer store credit within 30 days of the purchase.  All sales are final after 30 days.  All jewelry must be in its original condition, and not damaged or altered in any way.

Because of the specialized nature of custom items, these kinds of purchases are non-refundable.  Please ask for clarity, if you anticipate an issue.    

Items purchased through our payment or layaway plans are eligible for store credit (exchange) returns only.  Refunds will not be given for items purchased through layaway.

What are my shipping options?

Most items will be shipped using USPS Express or Priority Mail, with tracking, signature and insurance.  FedEx is available upon request and for an additional fee.  

Shipments within the U.S. should arrive within 1-3 business days.  International shipments should arrive within 5-14 days.

Please allow us a 3-5 business day processing time after you complete your order.

Will you size my Elizabeth Henry ring?

Yes.  All rings over $1000 are sized for free.  For rings under $1000, please contact us for a custom quote.  

Sizing typically adds an additional 3-5 business days to processing time.

Do you offer engraving services for your items?

Yes, please contact us before placing your order and we will work with you to design the perfect engraving.

Can Elizabeth Henry custom create something for me using a gemstone that I already have?

Yes, please contact us with your gem's dimensions and a detailed description of the piece you would like.

Can you gift wrap and/or include a personal message with my order?

Yes, we offer free gift wrap.  Please leave a note requesting this service when you checkout.
